So this is a basic blue cut-crease fading up to the brow, with a bright pink on the lids. I decided to keep the lower lashline clear because a) the eyes are already insane, and b) I was short on time.
Bear i mind that I had some trouble getting the lighting just right.
I also forgot lips gloss, but I will be posting soon about deciding what lip colour or product to wear along with different eye makeup.

-Sugarpill Chromalust in Birthday Girl (applied wet all over the exposed eyelid area)
-Rimmel black liquid eyeliner
